Custom Plan For Schools & Universities

A flat price for a department or a whole institution, with lessons for every teacher. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll send you a quote.

Payment is handled by Stripe: you enter your card on Stripe's pages, and teechr never sees it. The full rules are in the terms of service and sale.

What a lesson covers

One lesson is one finished video.

  • Written, voiced, re-voiced

A lesson covers writing the script, voicing it, and voicing it again after you've changed it.

  • Editing is free

Change the words as often as you like. Only voicing draws on the lesson's allowance, which covers the first voicing and several re-voices.

  • A failed start is given back

If writing the script fails, the lesson goes back to your plan, so you can try again.

Questions

The fine print, in plain words.

And in full in the terms, which are the version that counts.

Do my students need an account?

No. Each video has its own unlisted link. Students open it in any browser, on a phone or a laptop, with no account, no app and nothing to pay.

Can I make a video public?

Yes, one video at a time, from your library: "Make public" lists it on teechr's examples page at an address of its own that search engines may index. Its private link keeps working, and "Make private again" takes it off. Nothing is public unless you choose it.

When is a lesson used?

When teechr starts writing a video's script, or when you voice a video that didn't start as a lesson, such as one you imported. If writing the script fails, the lesson is given back, though what the attempt cost still counts against your plan's allowance.

How long can a course be?

Each lesson has a fixed allowance for AI and voice processing. It can limit very long courses, and how many times a lesson can be voiced again. Before a lesson starts, the studio tells you whether your course fits.

Which files can I upload?

A .pptx, .pdf, .txt or .md file, up to 20 MB. In a slide deck, the speaker notes count: that's where the explaining lives.

What happens to lessons I don't use?

On Starter and Premium, unused lessons carry over to the next month — up to 5 on Starter, 10 on Premium — for as long as the same subscription renews. They end when the subscription does. Credits are different: they don't expire.

What are lesson credits?

Extra lessons, for a month that needs more. Starter and Premium subscribers top up from their plan in the studio, starting at $20 for 12 credits. Credits are used once the month's lessons run out, they don't expire, and they stay yours if you cancel.

Can I switch between Starter and Premium?

Yes. In the studio, open your plan and choose Manage subscription. Stripe shows the change, and any difference in price for the current month, before you confirm.

How do I cancel?

In the studio, open your plan and choose Manage subscription. Your plan lasts until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Your videos stay in your library, their links keep working, and unused credits stay yours.

Can I get a refund?

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a subscription or a credit purchase within 14 days and be refunded in full — the terms say how. Otherwise a month that has started isn't refunded.

Is tax included?

No. Prices in US dollars don't include sales tax. Where it applies, it's added at checkout, before you pay. Invoices are in Stripe's customer portal, under Manage subscription.

Why couldn't I start my free lesson today?

Free lessons are shared out day by day, across every account. If today's have gone, try again tomorrow. Starter and Premium lessons don't count toward that limit.

Do you have plans for schools and universities?

Yes: a flat price for a department or a whole institution. Email hello@teechr.co with how many teachers you have in mind, and we'll send you a quote.
